Hooks Consulting was founded by Daniel Hooks in 2011.

Dan has been working with LabVIEW for over 15 years, and has held a LabVIEW Architect certification since 2007.  In 2015 he became one of the first 35 people worldwide to successfully complete the LabVIEW Embedded Systems Developer certification.

His background is in engineering, having graduated from Tufts University with a BS in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in computer science.  Dan went on to receive an MS in Mechanical Engineering from UC Berkeley with an emphasis in Design and a certificate in the Management of Technology from the Haas School of Business.
